The project encompasses approx. 12 acres and 160,000 cubic yards of cut to fill excavation and grading as well as the installation and maintenance of erosion control measures, storm water management, sanitary sewers, water mains and services, curb & gutter and asphalt paving.

This project will provide the location for St. Vincent’s Health System’s new facility for outpatient services, primary care, after hours/urgent care, wellness services and physical therapy. Conveniently located just off I-59 at the Deerfoot Parkway exit. The project encompasses approx. 8 acres and 64,000 cubic yards of cut to fill excavation and grading as well as the installation and maintenance of erosion control measures, storm water management, sanitary sewers, and water mains and services.
The Park at Sydney Drive
This project is the site of a new multifamily apartment complex located just off Lakeshore Parkway. The project encompasses approx. 8 acres and 55,000 cubic yards of cut to fill excavation and grading as well as the installation and maintenance of erosion control measures, retaining walls, storm water management, sanitary sewers, water mains and services, curb & gutters, sidewalks and asphalt paving.
