Project Description

This project is an addition to an existing residential community and will consist of 79 lots for single family homes. The project encompasses approx. 27 acres and 135,000 cubic yards of cut to fill excavation and grading as well as the installation and maintenance of erosion control measures, storm water management, sanitary sewers and water mains and services.
