Project Description

This project is the site of a new residential development and that will consist of 45 single family homes. The project encompasses approx. 12 acres and 160,000 cubic yards of cut to fill excavation and grading as well as the installation and maintenance of erosion control measures, storm water management, sanitary sewers, water mains and services, curb & gutter and asphalt paving.
